This morning, I sat down with someone trying to see what new packages the Yellow+Blue dude was offering. Actually, all they did was splitting up a old category of programs, spreading it to the other categories and claiming the leftover as NEW. OMG brilliant business move!
I took a closer look and started counting. Previous package we got 28channels (we dun even watch all of them!), now we will have 27channels. Hmmm, hey, we just -1 channel but paying $1 LOL!
Human mind is weak, we can't differentiate what are the NEEDs and WANTs nowadays. Taking someone for example, someone rather pay $1 more, get 27channels which contains 13channels that will never spend more than 7mins on and the reason for doing so is "Oh before the change we have these channels(some gone as they are being splitted into the other categories). Wah now they add in 2more new ones!"
In ez mode terms, I used to rent you my bicycle for $X. Now I rent you my bicycle for $X, just that it no longer comes with headlight, backlight and seat cushion.
You will have to pay $X + $Y if you want the headlight, backlight and seat cushion. For this service, I will design the seat cushion with Hello Kitty LOL!
